On the other side of the coin, you have to really go out of your way to find colors of certain things that aren’t navy, grey, black, or white in Japan. I wear polos to work and I haven’t seen one outside those colors in at least a few years now. Part of the problem is the fact that I need to shop in the fat dude section (which was true even before I was a fat dude because normal shirts here aren’t designed for broad shoulders), but even in the rest of the store the color selections aren’t great. I think it was tressless, and I only know it bc one guy would sometimes come into other men’s subs talking about that sub and how depressed he was and how hair was the only thing that would ever make him happy.
