I ordered a carpet online, and after only 5 days, I canceled the order. I haven’t received a refund until now! I placed the order on December 10th, and I've tried to contact them to file a complaint in the app, but it’s still pending. I believe I should escalate this issue to the Consumer Protection Department in Saudi Arabia, since you seem too busy to even respond to my concerns.
