The BRouter user itnerface states that the ESC key can be used to terminate the track creation, but this immediately closes the windows, loosing all the created points

User configuration is stored in a directory in the user's home folder.
XDG base directory specification (http://standards.freedesktop.org/basedir-spec/basedir-spec-latest.html) states that the application should look at
$XDG_CONFIG_HOME and fall-back to $HOME/.config instead it currently writes in $HOME.
The old configuration file should be moved to the new location.

The destination of the user manual specified in setup.py is working fine for debian packaging but seems not to be OK for rpm %doc macro. Investigate about a better destination folder.
