Starting Sept. 30, sailors who have held a medical shaving waiver for 12 consecutive months could be considered for administrative separation, a Navy spokeswoman said.
The program enables the VA to immediately start providing phones and other critical staples to homeless veterans, including food, blankets, clothes, hygiene items and bus passes.
