The Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO), is the region’s tourism development and advocacy agency, with 25 Dutch, English and French country members and a myriad of private sector allied members. The CTO’s vision is to position the Caribbean as the most desirable, year-round, warm weather destination. Its purpose is Leading Sustainable Tourism – One Sea, One Voice, One Caribbean. CTO does not engage in destination marketing or promotional activity on behalf of individual member countries. That mandate sits with each country’s own national tourism board.
