OTTAWA BRAWL
I went bowling in Ottawa after the Ottawa Small Press Book Fair and after the reading where there was no microphone or pulse in the audience at Mother Tongue Books. The most fun was rob mclennan and Jon Paul Fiorentino, who I beat at bowling and made jokes with all weekend. Like "So, what did everyone do for Thanksgiving?" Which was funny to JPF because no one answered me.
The reading was garbage, though I enjoyed the water and the washroom. I was off though, I always suck at readings without a microphone. I'd like to do mall readings, that would be fun, like an autoshow or something. The book is on its way. I was interviewed in August for the Leaside Rosedale Town Crier as I grew up there and thought it would be a good way to let people who think I'm dead know about my new book.
Ah, I've lost interested in that thought. It happens.
