Elbow macaroni is baked in a casserole with canned chicken soup, sliced tomatoes and processed cheese slices.

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.

In a medium saucepan heat soup and milk over medium heat until simmering.

Remove from heat and stir in macaroni.

Pour macaroni mixture into 9×13 baking dish.

Repeat.

Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is golden and bubbly.

Apply a thin layer of pastry to the apples.

Pie should be kept cold for at least one hour before serving.

After taking the pan out of the oven, brush the sides with some of the melted butter.

Brown sugar should be distributed evenly over the melted butter in the pan.

The pineapple rings should have maraschino cherries in the center, with any additional decorations placed between them.

To completely cover the pan, use the remaining crushed pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup for filling in any gaps.
