Renewing the
Christian Mind

Dallas Willard spent his life making eternal living concrete for his friends. He encouraged us to use our own lives to demonstrate Jesus’s message. We must be transformed people living out a life reflective of Jesus himself: a life of love, humility, and gentleness.

He leaves behind a legacy as friend, philosopher and reformer of the church.

Fulfilling the Promise of the New Life

Jesus said: "I am the light of the world; those who follow me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life." (John 8:12) This is his promise, his assurance, that provision has been made for the disciples to be like the master—to walk in the light, to live in the character and power of the Father, as Jesus himself did. This article gives practical advice for moving forward in that promise.

Renew your mind with

The Dallas Willard Podcast

Dallas was a philosopher and spiritual formation thought leader who loved to talk about the present reality of the Kingdom of God.

Each week, we will bring you a newly-remastered selection of his teaching in its uncut form, ranging from a 30-minute sermon to a 90-minute conference lecture.

Dallas’s integration of philosophy and theology brought a renewed intellectual rigor to Christian thought, bridging the gap between academic scholarship and practical spirituality. His ability to articulate complex ideas in accessible language made challenging concepts approachable for everyone. By addressing both the mind and the heart, he equipped Christians to think critically about their faith while also experiencing its transformative power.

We encourage you to wrestle with the ideas presented and explore with God and other disciples how you might practically live them out, and then put them into practice.
