Jah Wobble teams up with his sons John T and Charlie - performing together as Tian Qiyi - for a deeply personal re-imagining of The Beatles’ psychedelic period. The album draws on Wobble’s signature dub bass, John T’s drums, Chinese percussion and yangqin, with Charlie’s erhu and vocals. 'Mystic Liverpool' sits these songs inside a soundscape of Chinese, Mongolian and dub traditions.
