We were definitely impressed with the time, effort and expense going into the restoration of Castle in the Clouds. The docents located throughout the building are enthusiastic about answering any questions you might have. This is a must see if you are in the area.

Truly a labor of love in both the original creation and on-going restoration of this wonderful mansion. The technology used in the house seemed way ahead of its time. The design is warm and inviting, not stuffy and formal.

Someone told me that Castle in the Clouds now had a restaurant in the stables so I wanted to try it out! The food was delicious and the outside seating view was spectacular!If you eat inside your table is individual horse stalls. The wait staff was very friendly. I will definitely return.
