APEC is a regional forum that brings together 21 member economies to promote economic cooperation, trade and shared prosperity across the Asia-Pacific. Established in 1989, it provides a platform for dialogue and collaboration to address common challenges in the region.


This year, China hosts APEC for the third time under the theme “Building an Asia-Pacific Community to Prosper Together,” bringing member economies together to advance openness, innovation and cooperation across the region.
