Hello Sharon Dear. So happy to see you post as time just goes by too fast. Love your Christmas Cards. We have had some lovely soaking rain and the ski resorts North of us got some snow. This is going to be a long Winter...again! We have had zero offers and very few showings in this entire past year. Husband and I are sooooo tired of it all. Our Broker just wants us to reduce the price and raise the commission bonus! Hubs says, “Anyone can sell dollar bills for 50 cents!” We feel like we have some plague yet no one can explain the lack of buyers for us. Blessings...xo

Dear Sharon first I have to say may those hummingbirds get their wings going to stay warm. Wow your weather sounds like it is up and down like ours. Glad to hear all is well, Sharon. I'm constantly watching videos on the tiny house movement. Could never be a minimalist but definitely need to get rid of all the stuff we aren't using. It takes so much time to go through it all and sometimes tough to decide what to do with it all. Good luck with the process. Your furbabies sure are cute in their little coats. As for your two boys - they are sure looking good in those red sweaters. Glad to know you are safe in spite of the wildfires. Your house project sounds incredible - and the weeds, oh the weeds, I've not been able to garden in the ground for some years now so my weeds are least are confined to pots on the deck - which are easy to corral. Happy Fall to you too! Your babies look so cute in their little red coats! They look so much like the sweet pup I had years ago, miss him so much. But I have three spoiled rotten Maine Coon kitties now and they make our lives so happy. I cannot imagine living without animals, I like them more than most people! Your painting is so pretty, do you still do any stitching? I have a couple of your earlier pieces. I’ll bet it is gorgeous where you live. Glad the fires didn’t get that far, so sad, Good to hear from you.

Your post reminds me of 20 years ago when I moved to my 75 year old 'dream house' a cottage on the lake and a couple acres. I never seemed to finish. Gardens and 'stuff' all over.. But I wouldn't have changed any of it.
Keep painting, it's good for the mind, soul and body.

Lovely way to begin or end a day with a lovely walk about and a sweet calf to enjoy. Looks like a beautifully peaceful place to walk. Love your paintings annd cards. Nothing happening on our Home and Property except lots of work and expense on our part. Now I am spending most of my days watering and tending to the new sod and seeded lawn. Still ZERO persons to visit or put in offers on our place. I think we are doomed to just live here for our duration. Enjoy your walks and painting dear. <3

Sharon I am so pleased to hear from you and know you are doing okay. Stents are serious and I am thankful you are doing well. Selling and relocating is not for the weak or financially challenged. We remain here with our home listed...waiting and waiting and waiting for a buyer. We took it off market, changed Brokers and upgraded even more to the tune of $30,000...and yet our listing at $799,000 is not selling. I hate rural small town mentality for economic reasons. You are wise to really think through your options. So grateful you are well and will be painting again soon. Summer Sunshine Smiles...<3
