    Monthly Wrap-Up: September 2011

September brought holidays, as with last year going on holiday really isn't good for blogging. Disruptions in both time and internet access have made it pretty much impossible to blog regularly but I also enjoyed the break and I did write up some reviews so everything's good to go.

October should hopefully bring some TBR pile culling as we'll be travelling in a few weeks again to go home, but as far as the blogging stakes go, normal programming will probably not return until November, but I will try to get October going as much as I can.

I was really proud in September though because I got to re-read the Circle of Nine trilogy. They are pretty heavy books that need a lot of concentration so I'm glad I was able to read them while I was away.

My Favourite book for the month was: Bride of the Stone by Josephine Pennicott

In September I read 5 books:
    • Dead and Gone by Charlaine Harris
    • Dead in the Family by Charlaine Harris

My physical TBR pile stayed the same at 79. Once again, reading more TBR books is on the list again this month.

    Monthly Wrap-Up: May 2011

I'm back! In late April and all of May I needed a break, and it has done me a world of good. What brought it on? not sure but the important thing is that I'm back, and raring to go!

College is finishing this month...completely finished! So after the 15th I will be a free woman! I think what brought on the hiatus was the amount of time it took to finish The Shadow Seer, when a book drags I lose interest, but I refused to give up on this one, an entire month it took me to read it, but I've finished!

My Favourite book for the month was definitely: Embrace by Jessica Shirvington

    Monthly Wrap-Up: March 2011

March is done, and this wrap-up is late. But that's ok because I said. March was in a way a good month and yet at the same time...really crappy.

My books and work were the only things worth doing this month, and work is only worth it because I'm getting paid. Yes I'm a little cynical at the moment but once again that's ok because I am an accountant and we don't get jobs unless we hate the world.

Hopefully my faith in mankind shall be restored by next month...if not...well let's see what I come up with lol.

My Favourite book for the month was definitely: This Side of the Grave by Jeaniene Frost

This year tech is my no.1 priority, so although I am striving to keep good content on here, i want to pass this course and finish my diploma, so sleep comes before blogging late at night until June...then you won't be able to get rid of me :D

September, a month of reading fat books, watching a lot of Nickelodeon and Animal Planet, getting a tan and doing nothing. Seriously nothing.

It's been kind of obvious that I haven't been around the blogging world this last month but next Thursday is the last day of my holiday and then we're going home! Yeay! This has probably been the only year in history that I have been completely psyched to get back home.

I can't wait to get a job! I can't wait to start earning money again!

But the biggest can't wait? My gorgeous boy...OMG never again! will I voluntarily go six weeks without seeing him. Far out!
