UCR is leading innovation in the Inland Empire and making worldwide impacts. UCR’s Opportunities to Advance Sustainability, Innovation, and Social Inclusion, or SoCal OASIS® has secured more than $68M in federal and state funding to develop the SoCal OASIS® Park — an innovation and workforce development hub. The first phase of the project, which officially broke ground on June 23, 2025, will be located in close proximity to the main campus and the California Air Resources Board (CARB).
