Dan's dad shaved his stache! He doesn't look so much like Mr. Banks (aka Mary Poppins) w/o it... and Dan's brother shaved his head and now looks just like Dan the man. Crazy! cute photos. good luck on your diet - you can do it! you've always been able to do these crazy (yes, crazy.) diet and work out plans.... I'm so jealous. love ya.

Aww, you need to give yourself a break! I think most people find it pretty stressful and discouraging being a mom of small kids...I know I do! But it does seem to get smoother with time as everyone gets in routines and things....and with potty training, all I know is you can't force it and you have to wait until they decide they WANT to do it. (Potty training, btw, has been the most frustrating year-long experience I've had thus far in parenting. Mikayla has been SOOO difficult and slower than most to want to do it and to do it consistently. Sigh.) I would say with a newborn, save yourself some sanity and just stick her in a diaper and call it good for a long while! She's not even three yet, right? (Sorry if this advice is unsolicited.) Anyway, I love chubby Jack! He's such a cutie! You have such cuddly babies.

That sounds like alex and cam when cam was born. He was fussy and alex and his terrible twos were brutal... Thank goodness jonathon was the easiest baby ever or I would have ended up in a looney bin, haha. It does get easier, though.
