Seja was less than thrilled to have the Dentist look at her teeth. He was trying so hard to win her over with stickers and letting her sit on our laps and told her she could have something out of his treasure chest if he could look at her teeth. When all was said and done she was picking something out of the treasure chest and kept grabbing items, about four or &nbsp;five different items. We told her she could have ONE not all five. She didn't want to put any back so I took them from her put them back in the treasure box and we started to leave. Cameron gave her one more chance to pick ONE item out of the treasure box when he took her back she grabbed &nbsp;the treasure chest and said thats what she wanted. She would've been fine if we dumped everything out of the box and just taken the box. Needless to say she was rather upset when she couldn't have the one thing she wanted. Today I told her we would make a treasure box for her treasures. <div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgNO6r1bJqwGEcyPT-Hy9V_TPRcsWxyQMhi-oxDFYZyTRxO7jUzG5h03SCGX5-u0wIGnxl00cDu3BH3GPYcMETvz39SBZR47ZUjdZQU41h3vPQcJtudJeEaU0cqxgBKpblu-Y-KjjTvvdk/s640/blogger-image--1507028118.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgNO6r1bJqwGEcyPT-Hy9V_TPRcsWxyQMhi-oxDFYZyTRxO7jUzG5h03SCGX5-u0wIGnxl00cDu3BH3GPYcMETvz39SBZR47ZUjdZQU41h3vPQcJtudJeEaU0cqxgBKpblu-Y-KjjTvvdk/s640/blogger-image--1507028118.jpg"></a></div>She seems to be just as happy with this one.&nbsp;<div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgYzWEv9jcC1dO5yvNl6_6fPnoWo6PRyLdtamVONGuoZ9l5fOVDWcV9QoAfwzMlp3BIZPynBO2MGGTB6lzbxreFdPwRhdf4U5rA-edsTfW9Kf_JtjTNN0RNW0WSPyaK8jnzGp7GkDhoRMc/s640/blogger-image--1244881610.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgYzWEv9jcC1dO5yvNl6_6fPnoWo6PRyLdtamVONGuoZ9l5fOVDWcV9QoAfwzMlp3BIZPynBO2MGGTB6lzbxreFdPwRhdf4U5rA-edsTfW9Kf_JtjTNN0RNW0WSPyaK8jnzGp7GkDhoRMc/s640/blogger-image--1244881610.jpg"></a></div>Cameron and Heatherhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12883159035579415257noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4869024268347753503.post-6458343041744853352013-06-12T11:06:00.001-06:002013-06-12T11:06:00.701-06:00Having mom home is exhaustingI guess potty training is wearing Seja out. We are learning a lot right along with her. Her grandparents came over for dinner and cake and ice cream. She loved the gifts that she received. It was a really good day. In the morning we took a family picture since all of my brothers and sisters were able to make it and it is the last time we will all be together for a while. I think it turned out pretty good for just using our camera and a tripod. </div><div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjJ4zdzJb1nbcdazEFEiNo4F70a14rvZi-rUudeJrnD5US9m9GJsvenHFvAcBak3Kwo8o6G0iCse-2z2Iuu_fuktQK3sFd4vxVKSil9SAJrKzqxYt6MD65ivX8rSWl09VHCI49b3-grUA4/s1600/fam+2011.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="158" j8="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjJ4zdzJb1nbcdazEFEiNo4F70a14rvZi-rUudeJrnD5US9m9GJsvenHFvAcBak3Kwo8o6G0iCse-2z2Iuu_fuktQK3sFd4vxVKSil9SAJrKzqxYt6MD65ivX8rSWl09VHCI49b3-grUA4/s200/fam+2011.jpg" width="200" /></a>Then we all went to church. In the hustle of everything we didn't even get a picture of just Cameron &amp; I with Seja. Unfortunately, being so young and little, she needed medical help to start recovering. Unfortunately she had to spend two nights int he hospital. FORTUNATELY we do have heath insurance!!! I took her in for her two month well baby check up on Tuesday. I told the doctor I was a little concerned about some congestion in her sinuses and lungs. the doctor recommended that she be tested for RSV and the results quickly came back positive. the nurse suctioned out her nose and the doctored asked that we come back in the next day (Wednesday) since RSV peeks around days 4 and 5. Cameron came with us to the appointment since it was at 8:00am, before he needed to be to work. Long story short after a breathing treatment Seja fell asleep and her oxygen level dropped to 74. The doctor said that was too low and that Seja needed to be admitted to the hospital for observation. Since she was on oxygen she had to be transported by ambulance. Seja was doing well and so they took her off oxygen but kept her over night. Again over night her levels dropped so she got put back on oxygen. Thursday afternoon they took her off of the oxygen but needed to keep her over night again to be sure that she would be OK in a deep sleep. She did well over night and we were able to come home on Friday. <br /> <br /> <table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody> <tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjpIrMXyiPW0Hbij3eMlT04nd5jjJI_RL7BRQBcq-oTk66c4aIGIXJktnQFBaD5ovAMSvccUzKmb7zLK4Vo16t0OEeQHj7MFyse6eY8UvUIGmKabEdL4dMi7iI7UOrxA1j-5OwJ6k2_loM/s1600/Seja+%2540+hospital+013.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" height="320" q6="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjpIrMXyiPW0Hbij3eMlT04nd5jjJI_RL7BRQBcq-oTk66c4aIGIXJktnQFBaD5ovAMSvccUzKmb7zLK4Vo16t0OEeQHj7MFyse6eY8UvUIGmKabEdL4dMi7iI7UOrxA1j-5OwJ6k2_loM/s320/Seja+%2540+hospital+013.JPG" width="213" /></a></td></tr> <tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Dispite all the monitors, breathing treatments, and&nbsp;succtioning she was still pretty happy</td></tr> </tbody></table><br /> Cameron and Heatherhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12883159035579415257noreply@blogger.com5tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4869024268347753503.post-13659541145316366152011-03-14T14:39:00.001-06:002011-03-14T15:16:26.368-06:00A fresh coat of paint<div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj-genScIt_aetHMteuOZBw1WCFtnDp98odJ8jyGY3tRR5Y360GInZozTQSk0VmdPn7HmTN3on-On-pSDfhqAQr6DCVp7FYzRa46sqQn3PC-WGzDd_j4bzXAJxv21UUbt1vh0-3UGu1DPM/s1600/Seja+%2540+hospital+006.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; cssfloat: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" q6="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj-genScIt_aetHMteuOZBw1WCFtnDp98odJ8jyGY3tRR5Y360GInZozTQSk0VmdPn7HmTN3on-On-pSDfhqAQr6DCVp7FYzRa46sqQn3PC-WGzDd_j4bzXAJxv21UUbt1vh0-3UGu1DPM/s320/Seja+%2540+hospital+006.JPG" width="240" /></a><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiPUyvdDRapsEQjk0Nni4v3PZFog4leXGp40HOCz1Qn5d_o20nK4_fneyUv6s0datKwBfN6KmbE56VRz388C9gOcdRUBew_0vI_CtS4S4MD7ZIgthdQZDfimTjR7hEMiyCL-zcON2qR1h8/s1600/001.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="213" q6="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiPUyvdDRapsEQjk0Nni4v3PZFog4leXGp40HOCz1Qn5d_o20nK4_fneyUv6s0datKwBfN6KmbE56VRz388C9gOcdRUBew_0vI_CtS4S4MD7ZIgthdQZDfimTjR7hEMiyCL-zcON2qR1h8/s320/001.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;">We really enjoy making home improvements and while I have been home with Seja I thought that the bathroom would be a fun but simple project. We decided to just repaint it. The ceiling really needed fresh paint. For Family Home Evening we we went to Lowe's and picked out a color and bought the supplies and I started it the next day. I got the ceiling done on Tuesday and the walls done on Wednesday. It turned out pretty good if I do so myself. (I had to quickly get it done because we only have one bathroom and so we couldn't have the toilet tank off for too long. Plus we were watching some neighbor kids Thursday-Sunday so I really wanted everything all cleaned up by then.)</div>Cameron and Heatherhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12883159035579415257noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4869024268347753503.post-58042511947475326982011-02-15T11:37:00.002-07:002011-02-15T11:41:49.063-07:00Small Change <table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="clear: left; cssfloat: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; text-align: right;"><tbody> <tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjcI2_5vakSx5VSDcLE0WgtBtd2IHo2XYvk7mPsXQhgzRh4s5oakinZkyFMwWg_ndRgTj0D37axrtjH-RRlVl_J24coL3RRmK5j4eIwLktJPLBDAgjXYkwTAMaNeA9PRZBrydvB5eO5H6w/s1600/Feb+15+128.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; cssfloat: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" h5="true" height="131" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjcI2_5vakSx5VSDcLE0WgtBtd2IHo2XYvk7mPsXQhgzRh4s5oakinZkyFMwWg_ndRgTj0D37axrtjH-RRlVl_J24coL3RRmK5j4eIwLktJPLBDAgjXYkwTAMaNeA9PRZBrydvB5eO5H6w/s200/Feb+15+128.JPG" width="200" /></a></td></tr> <tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;"></td></tr> </tbody></table> <div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;">Sometimes we get stuck in a rut and need a small change. So for our anniversary Cameron bought me a gift certificate to a nice salon so I could go..get a hair cut. Well I believe that if you are going to cut your hair quite a bit why not give the cut part away to help someone else. That is just what I did. I cut over ten inches off to send to "Locks of Love." I was very happy with the change, as was Cameron, since he likes short hair. It will just take a bit to get use to not so much hair.</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgZIvrmEvHjfQ0VX-iI3EUqMQoSm2eHBgBK6U3FeTvhc1wq4UL5hzQmF8Kzkpx8tTn5__duow1jAvKzQWwCI2-caDCSr0jfQ4Gw8ABqsmmH_QiNEXtLp0NeyQhpBYA-LzWUqltT8z5uV-U/s1600/Feb+15+135.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; cssfloat: right; cssfloat: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" h5="true" height="200" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgZIvrmEvHjfQ0VX-iI3EUqMQoSm2eHBgBK6U3FeTvhc1wq4UL5hzQmF8Kzkpx8tTn5__duow1jAvKzQWwCI2-caDCSr0jfQ4Gw8ABqsmmH_QiNEXtLp0NeyQhpBYA-LzWUqltT8z5uV-U/s200/Feb+15+135.JPG" width="133" /></a></div><br /> <br /> <div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"> </div></div><div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;"></div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;"><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"></div></div><div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;"></div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;"> </div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"></div><div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;"></div>Cameron and Heatherhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12883159035579415257noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4869024268347753503.post-83979192530045468992011-02-11T15:07:00.000-07:002011-02-11T15:07:48.873-07:00You've been JimmeredThe other night I was holding Seja and watching Sports Beat with Cameron. We had heard that there was going to be a special music video with Jon Carter, LaVell Edwards, Chad Lewis and Shawn Bradley. I&nbsp;didn't want to miss it so I hadn't put Seja in her&nbsp;bed just yet. It came on and she started laughing and smiling all while her eyes were closed. I looked it up again on&nbsp;YouTube to see if she would do it again but it has yet to happen. She is turning into a cute little BYU fan!Cameron and Heatherhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12883159035579415257noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4869024268347753503.post-57283738112828224612011-02-05T00:35:00.000-07:002011-02-05T00:35:25.495-07:00Stream of milkToday was a fun day with Seja. I can tell that she is growing because I can't wrap her as well in a receiving blanket because she is getting longer and my arms get tired faster it seems if I don't have them propped on a pillow as she eats. Today as I was nursing, I looked down at Seja and smiled. She locked eyes and smiled back. It was a big smile!&nbsp; However, she forgot to swallow first and out of the corner of her mouth came a stream of milk, down her chin, down her neck, and onto my arm. I couldn't help but laugh. I wish I could have captured it on video or gotten a picture but... well... that is a bit personal.Cameron and Heatherhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12883159035579415257noreply@blogger.com2
