About

My name is Bill McLean.  I am a husband and dad, who is a solo pastor serving at my first call.

My wife and I met while we were undergrads at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Go Tar Heels) and we were married while I was working on my MBA at Georgia Southern University (Go Eagles).  Following graduate school, I spent almost six years working for the CDC in Atlanta working on public health policy and management issues.

After life taking many twists and turns (meandering), I attended Princeton Theological Seminary (Go GOD!!) and was ordained after graduation as a Minister of Word and Sacrament in the Presbyterian Church (USA).

Since October 2007, I am serving as the solo pastor at First Presbyterian Church of Delphi, Indiana.  We are a smaller congregation serving God and our neighbors in rural Indiana.  In addition to being a solo pastor, I am an active minister member of the Presbytery of Wabash Valley, a Minister Commissioner to the 219th General Assembly and 221st General Assembly, and involved with several projects in the Delphi community.

My meandering life is kept busy with a wonderful wife, two young children and medium-sized dog.
