Seth is the best. The customer service was outstanding. The process of buying was made simple and easy. I drove off the lot on Friday, Saturday noticed a chip in the windshield, showed Seth on Monday by Wednesday it was fixed no questions and no charge. I will be buying from him in the future. Seth and Aaron helped me get into the first vehicle I ever bought from a car dealership. They handled everything from the paperwork to dealing with my bank and even kept walking me through the hiccups of being a first time buyer. Mark Neader Automotive made buying a car a much less stressful experience. Seth and Mark were great to work with and truly cared about making sure I had peace of mind with my purchase. They made sure I could afford the warranty and even took less themselves so I could have that extra protection, which really meant a lot to me.
When my engine light came on shortly after, they went above and beyond. I was worried about how I would get home while my car was being worked on, but they gave me a vehicle to drive while mine was being fixed. That level of customer service is hard to find.

If you need a used car and you’re looking around the La Crosse area for a dealership, then look no further. Phenomenal customer service, one of the best I’ve dealt with around here out of any local business. Pricing was amazing, we ended up getting a better deal than we initially anticipated. The sale was quick, closed on a car within less than 48 hours of test driving it. They even put a hold on the car while we were applying for our loan and waiting for it to process. To put it simply, you’d be foolish to look at anyone else in town.

Seth was very straightforward, and it was nice to meet the owner Mark Neader on the day we picked it up.

Quick review about Mark Neader Automotive.I pulled into the dealership in a panic. I was losing tire pressure fast. (I do not live in Wisconsin) Seems I had a punctured tire. It being a Saturday afternoon my options were limited. Mark and his wife went out of their way to get me back on the road. Tire repair was not a service they offered. That did not stop them from helping me find a solution. Their kindness and knowledge was second to none. It is no wonder they have been in business for decades.

Me and my boyfriend just bought a 2016 Ford escape from this dealership because of all the good reviews, I read had a pretty good experience buying our car was pretty straightforward and easy and then while we were at the bank getting the loan for a car, the woman doing our car loan told us how she had gone through them and she loves them and hearing it from a person out in the real world just solidified the fact that we could picked a good dealership

One I decided on what I wanted to get they were very timely in getting the paperwork to my bank which was a great help to me being able to close with my bank quickly. Very happy with my purchase.
