Two buddhists lived on the mountain. The elder one was master,The younger one was his student. One day,They were going to go out for beg alms. Before they went out, the master talked to the younger:”The most important one of the rules is don’t get in touch with any woman. Do you remenber?”.”yes,master.”the younger buddhist answered. and then, they went out. They met a river.And there was a beautiful girl on the riverside. The girl said:”could you anyone take me across the river?”.The eld master took the girl across the river. Reached other riverside, He put the girl on the ground and leaved her alone, and continued go with his student. But his student saw that all. A very very question in his mind. Went and went. Finally, the younger student talked to his master:”Master,I have got a large question. I have to ask you.” His master smiled and said:”Go head”. “You told me don’t get in touch with any woman. so why did you take the girl aross the river?” His masteranswered:”After I took her reached the other riverside, I put her down, leaved her alone. Why do you still remenber her?”

That’s all of the story. Did you get what the story express?

The longan is a tropical tree native to southern China. It is also found in Southeast Asia. It is also called guiyuan in Chinese. The longan (“dragon eyes”) is so named because of the fruit’s resemblance to an eyeball when it is shelled (the black seed shows through the translucent flesh like a pupil/iris).In Chinese medicine the longan, much like the lychee, is considered a “warm” fruit.

The package contains 250grams. of dried, shelled, seedless longan fruit, Each fruit is about 1cm (1/3inch) in diameter. Longan (Dragon Eye) is very sweet and tasty. The fresh fruit has a very short shelf life and therefore there is little chance to have it on another continent. Fortunately dried longan preserves most of fresh longan’s sweetness and rich flavor, and more importantly, its nutrients and therapeutic power. Longan has great relaxation effect. It is also good for eye fitness. Longan tea is an excellent cold-weather drink. A cup of hot longan tea can instantly warm you up in a winter night.

To make a cup of longan tea, simply pour hot water on 3-5 longan fruits in a cup (or use 8-10 fruits in a big tea pot for family to share), and let them steep for 5 minutes. The fruits may be brewed twice or more. After drinking the longan tea, you may eat the longan fruits to get complete flavor and nutrients.

The dried longan fruits are also tasty by themselves, without hot water added. I love eat the dried longan because they are simply so good. But when you have longan, hold yourself from eating too many dried longan (however tasty and tempting they are). Compared with only 3-5 fruits in a healthy cup of longan tea, if you eat a few dozen dried fruits in a row, that’s a lot of sugar!

Brewing Guide:
Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water. Fill the teapot 2 pieces for every 225ml of water. Infuse in hot water at 90°c (194°F) to 95°c (203°F) for 2 to 3 minutes for the first and second brewing. Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing.

The first day of Diana on kindergarden

Today was a special day for Diana. She went to kindergarden first day. She began to accept education. She and other kids would play together,eat together,sleep together and learn together.
Morning: Diana often wake up at 9 o’clock. But today she had to in kindergarden at 7:30. It’s 7 o’clock. Her grandma woke her up. She revolted. But finally her grandma took her to the kindergarden. On the kindergarden,she was curious instead cried, even she was one of the youngest kids. She was two and half years old.
Since Diana could speak. We always showed her how to speak,how to sing.So she could sing so many kids’s song,include this song <Telephone call>. In the nightfall, her mom got to pick her back. Her teacher said:”Your girl is so smart.” My wife ask:”Why? What smart?” The teacher answered:”When I showed a half of that song <Telephone call>, she could sing the whole.”

Welcome to my blog. I have learned English about 18 months. Now, I try to write something in English.Because of I learned English by myself, so I don’t have a teacher to correct me. My dear reader, would you like to correct my mistake in my writings? If you do, many thanks to you. I don’t care if you are a English native speaker or not. About my name 名字介绍：
   Hi, my name is Li Xiao Ming. “Li” is my family name. It pronounce as “Lee”. “Li” is a popular family name in Asia.   “Bruce Lee” and “Jet Li” with me all have this common family name.
    “Li” means “plum” in Chinese. It is a sort of fruit. This family name come from a story. Long long ago, my old old forefather was a king. one day, his enemy attacked his country. He was killed. His wife, the queen taked their five sons run away. When they reach a place that under a plum tree, they are tired and hungry. The mother picked plums for five boys’s food. Because of the plum, they survived. So the five princes decided that use the plum as their family name.
    My given name is “Xiao Ming”. Someone nickname me “Ming”. It’s easy to pronounce. If you have watched the games of Houston Rockets in NBA. When the big guy who wear the No.11 shirt got the ball, you will hear the voice from his fans:”Yao Ming, Yao Ming, Yao Ming”. Yes, you can call me “Ming” too.
    The difficult point is “Xiao”. The letter X pronounce as the x from “mexico”. If you are still hard to pronounce it. you can refer to the word “shell”. Their pronounce is alike.

    My given name “Xiao Ming” means “Dawn”. It probably like a girl’s name in English. But I am truely a man. I don’t have a typical English name, Because I thought name is given. And my parents didn’t understand any English. they couldn’t give me a English name.
   My daughter’s name is “Li Yue Hua”. The “yue” means moon. The “hua” means glory. So the “Yue Hua” means moon’s glory. I decided to give her a typical English name “Diana”. What do you think about it?

How to Make Dumplings

Chinese boiled dumplings are not only delicious to eat but also easy to make.
First,make the filling. You can choose your favorite meat, say pork, beef, or mutton, chop

it up and mix it with chopped yellow scallions or cabbage. Meanwhile you had better put in

seasonings such as salt, soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil, chopped green onion and ginger to

get your favorite flavor. Stir the ingredients in a container well to make them evenly mixed.

Second,make the dough. You should measure your wheat flour to go with the filling, put it

in a container, pour water hit by bit, stir it strenuously to make it sticky,then let it rest for

about 20 minutes. After that you can cut part of the dough and put it on pastry hoard,

knead it and cut it into small pieces. You press each piece with the pahn of your hand

slightly and then roll it with a rolling pin into a round piece.

Finally comes the stage of folding the dough to make dumplings. You should hold a dough

piece horizontally in your left hand, put a suitable amount of filling onto the central part, fold

the side around the filling, press the upper-central part of it firmly and make firm and nice

lace from left to right around the fold edge to make your finished product better-looking and

free from leakage.

The Chinese make dumplings when family or friends are together on holidays. You just

imagine the heartening talk and intimate atmosphere created while people are sitting

together to make dumplings!

How to study Mandarin Pinyin?

Ok,so,What is Pinyin?Pinyinis a pronouncing way for Chinese Mandarin.Because of that,to learn Pinyin is to learn how to pronounce Chinese Mandarin’s words.It just like tanscription.

All of them pinyin have two parts.Part of them is consonants,for example:b,p,f.anther part of them is vowels,for example:a,o,e.Is it like Latin?Yes,Chinese borrowed Latin letter to pronouce their words.

All of them is here:

consonant: b,p,m,f; d,t,n,l; g,k,h; j,q,x; z,c,s; zh,ch,sh,r.

vowel:1,a,o,e; i,u,v; 2,ei,ai,ao,ou,un; 3,an,en,in,on; ang,eng,ing,ong.

consonant and vowel: zhi,chi,shi,ri.

“Pin”means spell, “yin”means sound.”pinyin”means spelling sound.The consonant and the vowel is a sound. for example: the word “mother”in mandarin is the letter”m”and the letter”a”,right is “ma”.the word”father”in mandarin is the letter “b”and the letter”a”,right is”ba”.In Chinese Pinyin,a letters has a fixed sound.So,it is easy to learn.Ok,let’s get more practice.

What is Mandarin pinyin tones?

A Chinese character has a tone when Chinese is speaking it.Mandarin pinyin have four tones.

When we write it,we use different lines to mark it.But those lines is hard to type on computer.so on computer,we usually mark them with Arabit number1,2,3,4.It was written after vowel.

Now use it:

The words”eight,pull, put,papa”in mandarin have the same spronoucing.All of them in pinyin is “ba”.How to difference them?Chinese used tones.”eight”in Mandarin is “ba1”,the first tone.”pull”in mandarin is “ba2”,the second tone.”put”in Mandarin is “ba3”,the third tone.and “papa”in mandarin is”ba4”,the fourth tone.
