Cause we figured, a five day fast has got to be almost as good as a ten day... but a three day? Let&#39;s do the good news - after all, this is only day two. The good news is Tiffany and I made it through day one and I&#39;m somehow down four lbs (applause here). The bad news? I woke up with a migraine the size of Texas, and as I write... I am still contending with its younger, less debilitating sibling, headache. I can&#39;t blame it all on the juice, though. Tiffany and I have been having the exact same amount of juice at the exact same times in the exact same quantity - and she is feeling just lovely. So, I blame my long history of migraines and headaches along with this detox on the craziness I call day two.<br> <a href="http://latheluvable.blogspot.com/2012/06/10-days-of-juice-day-2-migraine.html#more">Read more »</a><div class="blogger-post-footer">www.latheluvable.com</div>la joneshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14624250756736389168noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6050488128369455273.post-71601139676663309922012-06-13T23:13:00.000-04:002012-06-14T21:42:08.150-04:0010 days of juice... day 1: so it begins<table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="float: left; margin-right: 1em; text-align: left;"><tbody> <tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh4KwjrUGmVfTfDIHuuoELmfZd6Ivcle3d772Y3wNI_IQeRg60t4PGSLHkgRyxS_q1NUaE_CxLcPBIcEBH2J_JoYhShxTUdC_lRKHVDdi2lcmLZus0Tlbvk8fPQW4Md2kzyk4Nx7qAukeZF/s1600/juicing_day1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh4KwjrUGmVfTfDIHuuoELmfZd6Ivcle3d772Y3wNI_IQeRg60t4PGSLHkgRyxS_q1NUaE_CxLcPBIcEBH2J_JoYhShxTUdC_lRKHVDdi2lcmLZus0Tlbvk8fPQW4Md2kzyk4Nx7qAukeZF/s320/juicing_day1.jpg" width="320"></a></td></tr> <tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">The Mean Green Juice: 6 kale leaves, 4 celery stalks, 1/2 lemon<br> 2 green apples, thumb of ginger, 1 cucumber.</td></tr> </tbody></table> So... for better or for worse (but hopefully, for better) I&#39;ve decided to juice.
