INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide and improve our Applications.

  1. Purchase Data

We collect information related to in-app purchases, such as purchase receipts and subscription statuses, to validate and manage transactions. This data is collected securely and is not used for any purpose other than purchase management. Purchase data is processed by RevenueCat, our subscription management provider, and the relevant app store.

  1. Advertising Data

We use Google Ads to display advertisements within our Applications. Google may collect certain device information, including:

  • Advertising ID
  • Device type and settings
  • Interactions with ads

  1. Usage Data

We collect anonymous data, such as feature usage events, crash reports, and general performance metrics, to improve the functionality and reliability of our Applications. This data is collected through the Mixpanel and Firebase (Google) analytics services and is associated with a random device identifier, not your identity. It never includes your photos or any data derived from them.

WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT

  • Personal Information: We do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g., through customer support).
  • Photos: Photo processing is performed locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your photos unless you choose to share them through the Application’s sharing features.
  • Face data: We do not collect, use, store, or share any biometric data, including facial recognition data or face templates. All image processing and enhancements occur locally on the user’s device, and no data is transmitted to external servers. On-device face detection is used solely to apply the photo edits you select; its results exist only in your device’s memory during the editing session, are never retained or stored, and are automatically discarded when the session ends. No face data or photos are ever sent to any third party, including any third-party AI service.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To validate and manage in-app purchases.
  • To display advertisements through Google Ads.
  • To analyze and improve the functionality and user experience of the Applications.

We do not sell your information to third parties.

DATA SHARING

We only share information with the following service providers:

  1. Advertising: Google Ads may collect and process data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.
  2. Analytics: Mixpanel and Firebase (Google) receive anonymous usage events, crash reports, and a random device identifier.
  3. Purchase Validation: RevenueCat and the relevant app store may process purchase data to validate and manage transactions.

Each of these providers protects your data with safeguards equivalent to those described in this policy and processes it only to provide their service to us. We do not share your data with any other third parties. We never share photos or face data with anyone.

YOUR CHOICES

  1. Opt-Out of Personalized Ads

You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting the settings on your device:

  • Android: Go to Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization.
  • iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy > Tracking and turn off “Allow Apps to Request to Track.”
  1. Delete Data

You can request the deletion of any data associated with your use of the Applications by contacting us at support@innovativeswsolutions.com.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our Applications may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and recommend you review their privacy policies.

DATA SECURITY

We take commercially reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security. Please be cautious when transmitting information online.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Applications after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
