IASD 2027 Dream Conference

WELCOME TO IASD's 2027 Dream Conference

May 29 – June 2, 2027 | Atlanta, Georgia

Join us in Atlanta GA at Sonesta Gwinnett Place in Duluth (Atlanta Metro)

Dreams have always connected us—to ourselves, to one another, and to the mysteries of the human experience. Join us in Atlanta for the 44th Annual Conference of the International Association for the Study of Dreams (IASD) as we gather a global community of researchers, clinicians, educators, artists, authors, therapists, students, and dream enthusiasts to explore the many dimensions of dreaming.

The Venue

Located in Duluth, just northeast of downtown Atlanta, the Sonesta Gwinnett Place Atlanta offers convenient access to restaurants, shopping, parks, and many of the city’s top attractions. The hotel is approximately 35 miles (55 km) from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport – one of the world’s largest international airlines hubs.

Atlanta’s vibrant blend of innovation, history, culture, and creativity provides the perfect setting for a week of discovery, collaboration, and inspiration. Whether you’re interested in dream science, psychology, neuroscience, spirituality, creativity, lucid dreaming, healing, culture, or the arts, you’ll find opportunities to learn from leading voices in the field while connecting with passionate dreamers from around the world.

The Conference

This premier international gathering is devoted entirely to the study and exploration of dreams. During five unforgettable days, experience over 100 presentations from as many as 20 countries around the globe, featuring world-renowned keynotes, lectures, workshops, symposia, panels, and morning dream groups. It’s more than just a conference — it’s a festival, with special events such as the Dream Telepathy Contest, the internationally acclaimed Dream Art Exhibition, and the ever-popular costume Dream Ball. Explore groundbreaking research, discover new perspectives, and become part of a welcoming community dedicated to advancing the understanding and appreciation of dreams.

Whether this is your first time attending or your twentieth, you’ll leave inspired, connected, and equipped with new ideas to enrich both your personal and professional journey.
