ConEmu version: 150302a
Far version (if you are using Far Manager): ? (i don't know about "Far")

*Bug description*
sometimes, ConEmu's [use clink in prompt] option is not working. but, "clink autorun
-i" command is working. so, i set the clink autorun command manually.

*Steps to reproduction*
1. download and extract clink 0.4.4 to C:\Program Files\ConEmu\ConEmu\clink
2. go to [ConEmu] > [Settings] > [features] and turn on [Use Clink in prompt]
3. go to [Integration] > [Default term] and turn on [Force ConEmu as default terminal...]

3. save settings and exit
4. go to any directory and click context menu's [command prompt here] (this is third
party program's optional feature. i using Bandizip)
5. ConEmu window is open, but Clink is not loaded.

p.s.
please add some settings about font's line height, and fix [Monospace] option work
correctly with Full-width characters?
