The Ceuta crisis isn't over - it's only just begun: Politicians like Andy Burnham claim
A deceitful narrative is being peddled by politicians, including our own new Prime Minister, that this crisis is over. The truth is it's only just beginning. INVESTIGATION

A supposed sanctuary for vulnerable teenagers and two similar unregistered homes in Kent run by the same company earned almost £1.8million in three years - despite its illegality.

Meghan Markle wed Prince Harry at St George's Chapel despite being a divorcee. But King Charles was barred from marrying Queen Camilla at the same Windsor church 13 years earlier.

The anecdotes appeared in a 2024 proposal for Great and Unfortunate Things, which is due to be published next week, but not in the final version.

Who is the man behind the bin? As Count Binface prepares to square off against Farage,
JULIA LAWRENCE: Not since the days of hysterical teenagers chaining themselves to rock stars' railings has anyone been in such dogged pursuit of a celebrity. When I say 'celebrity', I'm not talking about a devastatingly handsome action movie hero or pop star. In fact, I'm not overly familiar with my idol's face at all - largely because it's covered with the 20in bin-shaped helmet he wears. I am, of course, referring to Count Binface, the comedian and satirical writer Jon Harvey whose alter ego - an intergalactic space warrior, leader of the Recyclons from the planet Sigma IX - has been aiming his ray guns at my home town of Clacton-on-Sea in Essex since the beginning of July. His target, I should make clear, is the constituency's on/off (currently off) MP Nigel Farage who, not seeing the stealth attack coming or taking it seriously when he did, has been taking quite a hammering.
